And if you are training twice a day, you gotta eat a lot. Kevin came here weighing 220lbs, and wanting to compete in the 94kg class, or, compete at 207lbs. He eats a lot. But he eats pretty well, and he weighs about 210lbs, a week out from a competition. Here is a recent meal, steak over a bed of vegetables including asparagus, carrots, cauliflower, and portabello mushrooms. He says that after a month of eating “clean” junk food doesnt even appeal to him anymore.
