This blog has changed a lot over the past few years. It is about to change again. I am going to start posting a daily workout. I hesitate to call it a workout of the day, but I guess thats what it is. If any of you want to take part, you will need to know your best set of 5 on the back squat, your best set of 3 on the front squat, as well as your best set of 5 on the push press. Also your best snatch and clean and jerk from the hip, from the knee, and from the floor. I will be posting this 5 days a week, and we will start with an 8 week training cycle.
