I know nothing has been too heavy yet. This is the first week of an 8 week program, and it will get harder soon enough.

I lifted first thing this morning which is unusual for me as my schedule dictates I lift in the afternoon. Missed 2 snatches and 3 cleans. Not everyday can be a perfect day I suppose.
