Hey Glenn. Thanks for doing this. Just have a quick question. Will there be an unloading week at any stage?
not really until we are done with the training cycle. The reason I like to make training cycles about 8 weeks long is to plan for a peak (competition) then a short reload, then cycle back up for the next competition.
