Week 2

snatch from below knee for 10 singles EMOM at 80%

clean and jerk from below the knee for 10 singles EMOM at 80%

Front squat at 82 % of your best triple for 3 sets of 3

since this is very early in the training cycle, try to do at least something beyond your weightlifting.  You don’t want to go nets and act as if you are entering the Crossfit games or anything like that, but some pushups, some pull-ups, maybe even a few sit-ups.  If you are feeling really energetic, maybe even a short (very short) jog wouldn’t hurt.
