Snatch deadlift + snatch high pull + hang snatch (1 +1 + 1) x 5 try to work up to 80%
Power clean 3 sets of 3 at 75% of your best clean and jerk
On the snatch complex is the goal 5 reps at 80% or do we build up to 80% with singles? I am fairly new to this so trying to figure it all out. Really like the program so far.
Philburn, build up with singles. but each single is actually 3 reps, one snatch deadlift, one snatch high pull, and one hang snatch.
