Starting week 4, and this is the last week we will be doing the timed sets (EMOM work).

snatch from the knee, 86% for 10 singles EMOM.

clean and jerk from the knee, 80% for 10 singles EMOM

back squat 3 sets of 5 with 95% of your best set of 5
