195# C&J emom (ulna of the elbow is hurting on the jerk)
315# front squat x3 (felt light, could’ve repped quite a few more)
front squats will be harder next week.
Usually 315 is a good weight for me. That is my 5 rep. Looking forward to it -Thanks for the responses!
