No hook, no foot movement about 70% of your snatch with a hook grip, for 3 sets of 3
press from the split 50% if your best military press for 3 sets of 5
Just curious, why train with no hook grip sometimes? I’ve been seeing this a lot and not sure what it helps, other than grip, maybe?
I think the idea is that a slow weak pull force you to go directly into a deep sit position, even with moderate weights
that is correct!
